הזכרתיו בימי הסליחות עה”צ [=על הציון].
ולפלא 1) שלא הזכיר בפתקא שלו – בשמותיהם – את ב”ב [=בני ביתו] שי’.
2) שאינו מדפיס (במכ”ע [=במכתבי עת] וכיו”ב דברי התעוררות ליר”ש [=ליראת שמים] וכו’. והרי רבים מושפעיו רבים באיכות וכמות.
ובפרט שאפילו נפש א’ מישראל עולם מלא. והשעה גורלית ובודאי תהיה שנ”ט [=שנה טובה] ומתוקה.
I mentioned you during the days of Selichos at the Tziyun.
And it’s a wonder to me:
That you haven’t mentioned in your note of petition for blessing the names of your family members שי’.
That you haven’t published (in periodicals and the like) words of inspiration for Yiras Shamayim etc., while you have many followers, many both in quality and quantity. Especially that even one Jewish soul is an entire world.
The time is crucial, and surely it will be a good and sweet year. ■
